My degree is in Psychology, with additional focus on Communications. Over the decades, I’ve earned licenses/certifications in counseling & life coaching, grief recovery, mindfulness meditation, hypnotherapy, NLP, graphic art & various touch therapies.
I’ve always loved mandalas.
About 15 years ago, I started digitally transforming my nature photos into mandalas.
To my amazement & delight, my clients found them as fascinating, grounding & calming as I did!
After my mom’s death in 2015, I became certified as a grief recovery specialist. Four years later, that training & experience would help me through my difficult diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury & Mild Cognitive Impairment; it would also significantly inform my upcoming Reclaiming Life After LossTM (grief recovery) course.
Simultaneously, I discovered that selling those mesmerizing mandalas on an Etsy shop could become a way for me to continue working while learning to live with my compromised brain.
